There’s no doubt that Navarre Distribution Services knew how to move merchandise. Prior to its acquisition, talented staff, timely service and best-in-class systems all contributed to a winning track record with national software manufacturers and some of America’s largest retailers.

As the company began to expand into new markets with third party logistics, ThinkSpring Marketing worked with company executives to define a brand platform that could speak to current and future services. Work included in-depth competitive and customer research to understand the diverse needs of all market segments, as well as key differentiators.

With messaging in place, ThinkSpring Marketing collaborated with the creative team to define compelling key messages, draft new brochures and sales presentations and help launch the updated brand across the organization.
